  • I purchased a ticket for May 2020, what's happening?
    Lovers & Friends Festival has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 8 at The Grounds at Dignity Health Sports Park and now will only take place on one day. Please be on the lookout for an email from our ticketing company with details about your order.
  • What time does the festival start and end?
    Venue doors open at 12pm.
  • Is the festival all ages?
     Yes. Children 5 and under are free and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
  • I placed an order but did not receive my ticket(s).
    All passes are QR codes that can be downloaded to your smartphone wallet and must be scanned at the venue for entry. QR codes will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date. For any additional questions, please call or email Festival Ticketing Support.

    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?
    Yes. Set times will be posted on the website closer to the festival date.

  • How do I register for the presale if I have an international phone number?
    If you have an international phone number (non US or CAN), please email presale@tunespeak.com to be registered.
